I forgot my password
Call or text the shop and we'll text you a link to set a new one.
I don't see my repair
Repairs appear once the shop opens one on your account. Log in with the same email you gave the shop, or ask us to connect your repair to your account.
How do I pay a bill?
Open Bills & approvals from the home page. You can approve estimates and change orders there, and pay invoices online when available, or pay at the shop.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Account settings → Delete my account. Or use our account deletion page.
